Fill up today if you want to pay less for your petrol – that’s the advice from FuelWatch.
On Thursday, 25 September 2014, most Puma Energy sites are increasing their ULP price by 15 cents per litre (cpl) up to 153.9 cpl. Most BP, Caltex, Caltex Woolworths, Coles Express and Gull sites are increasing their ULP price up to 152.9 cpl, and most Peak sites up to 151.9 cpl.
Tomorrow's metropolitan average price for ULP will be 150.0 cpl, however there will be over 35 Perth sites selling below 140 cpl.
Given that Perth ULP prices follow a weekly cycle, with Thursday and Friday being the most expensive days, FuelWatch recommends filling up today and paying no more than 139.2 cpl.
Wednesday’s cheapest ULP is available for:
- 134.0 cpl at Gull El Caballo Roadhouse in the East;
- 135.1 cpl at Coles Express Casuarina, Caltex Woolworths Murdoch and Caltex Woolworths South Lake in the South; and
- 134.0 cpl at Puma Energy Gwelup and Gull Wangara in the North.Thursday’s cheapest ULP will be available for:
- 135.1 cpl at Coles Express Forrestfield in the East;
- 134.8 cpl at Gull Causeway (Victoria Park) in the South; and
- 134.8 cpl at Gull Dianella in the North.
Tomorrow’s metropolitan average price for LPG will be 85.1 cpl, however there will be over 25 Perth sites selling below 80 cpl. Thursday’s cheapest LPG will be available for 74.9 cpl at Coles Express Malaga and Caltex Woolworths Mirrabooka.
